At this Medical Practice we aim to operate systems which make it as easy as
possible for our patients to access a doctor, nurse, or other healthcare professional. This Practice is committed to providing the best possible quality healthcare designed to meet the needs of its patients.

To this end we specifically strive to achieve the following standards:

• You will be greeted in a friendly welcoming manner in clean and comfortable surroundings where SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
• You have the right to confidentiality and to be treated with respect - if you wish to speak to any member of staff privately please ask.
• In the interest of your health it is important that your understand all the information given to you. No care or treatment will be given to you without your informed consent and any questions you may have regarding your health will be answered.

ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

Our premises are fully accessible for wheelchair users and the disabled. There is a disabled toilet at each surgery and appropriate parking at the front of both buildings.
